About the Role
A hybrid position requiring both client-facing diplomacy and hands-on technical execution. You will manage client relationships, coordinate workflows, and personally execute daily optimizations for SEM, SEO, and web development.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ad Optimization: Log in daily to check SEM and Shopping campaign health, pace budgets, and execute bid or keyword optimizations.
Client Communication: Proactively update clients on campaign progress and respond to inquiries via email or chat.
Web Dev Feedback Loops: Receive and directly implement granular client feedback on website builds (e.g., "I don't like this box here, move it to the left," adjusting layouts, or CSS tweaks).
Reporting: Maintain, update, and present automated performance reports to clients using Looker Studio.
Workflow Coordination: Manage the internal queue, prioritizing client demands for SEO and larger web development tasks.
Mandatory Technical Skills
You must have hands-on experience executing the following:
SEM & Google Shopping: Build Google Ads (Search, PMax) from scratch. Set up Google Merchant Center, manage product feeds, and implement GTM conversion tracking.
Google Looker Studio: Connect data sources (GA4, Google Ads, Meta) to build and automate interactive client dashboards.
Shopify Management: Configure stores from the ground up (payments, shipping), manage apps/inventory, and edit theme layouts.
Technical SEO & CMS: Navigate website backends (Shopify, WordPress) to manually update Meta Tags, format content, fix links, and apply basic HTML/CSS edits.
Requirements
Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
Highly organized problem-solver comfortable handling both client strategy and direct technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with modern agency tools and CRM workflows.
