Overview
HRchitect is looking for talented, passionate professionals with UKG experience to join our growing team. The Senior Telestaff Solution Consultant is an experienced individual who has an in-depth understanding of the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution, as well as public sector industry knowledge and best practices. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills along with a solid understanding of the solution. This position is full-time (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Architect the design of the application
- Utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates.
- Be a Mentor to your peers.
- Responsible for the quality delivery of all things TeleStaff for the practice.
- Work with leadership team, alongside UKG, to ensure the latest technological/product enhancements and tools are leverage where applicable.
- Solid understanding of UKG modules
- Perform current business process/rules analysis.
- Collaborate with teammates with various skill sets to design and deliver a seamless UKG solution.
- Use professional concepts and tools to implement software in various environments.
- Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features, best practices, and system processes and procedures.
- Conduct necessary application research, support the creation of testing scenarios and provide testing support.
- Utilize professional ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to numerous critical situations.

- Interface with customer to build solid

Qualifications
- Previous UKG
- Strong communication and leadership
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on video
- Ability to work
- Ability to collaborate as part of a
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to work remotely from home office in North
- Proven record of accuracy in executing work
- 3-10 years of implementing UKG Telestaff Cloud or previous versions.
- Experience delivering the unified WFM/TS solution to customers, preferably for SMB, and a minimum of 5+ years of related work experience.
- Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR/Payroll, ERP or similar domain product/systems is preferred.
