Data Governance & Quality - Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards - Ensure data quality, integrity, lineage, and ownership across the organization - Implement master data management (MDM) practices 3. Data Architecture & Platforms - Oversee design and implementation of modern data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse) - Ensure scalability, performance, and accessibility of data systems - Drive integration across enterprise systems 4. Analytics, BI & AI/ML - Lead advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML initiatives - Enable self-service analytics and data democratization - Deliver insights that drive business performance and innovation 5. Data Privacy, Security & Compliance - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and industry standards - Partner with security teams to safeguard sensitive data - Manage data risk, ethics, and responsible AI practices 6.
