Job Description:
Lead and manage the Technical team in product development and application
Develop work policies, SOPs, and efficient and effective working systems
Oversee & Manage the Baking Centre operations to ensure optimal functionality
Create standard recipes and formulations tailored to customer and market needs
Develop new product ideas aligned with current market trends
Monitor and evaluate all activities carried out by the Technical team
Requirements:
Min Diploma All Major or Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (is a plus)
Having minimum 10 years as Technical/Chef/Baker, or 5 years as Technical Manager in food manufacturing or F&B or Bakery
Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Technical Manager in the food manufacturing industry, especially for products such as jams, fillings, and spreads
Skilled and experienced in the application of products such as cakes, pastries, danish, and breads
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
Willing to travel if needed
