An Italian Cuisine Cook is responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The cook works closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and a consistent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, risotto, soups, sauces, and desserts.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and measuring.
- Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Comply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (culinary education is an advantage).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience preparing Italian cuisine in a restaurant or hotel.
