- Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably within the logistics, supply chain or transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex logistics concepts clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Proficiency with customer service software, databases and ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Organizational skills and attention to detail when processing information and documentation
- Fluent in both spoken and written Korean (native or near-native proficiency) with the ability to communicate professionally with Korean customers, business partners, and suppliers.
- Strong written Korean skills for responding to emails, preparing customer correspondence, and handling business communications accurately and professionally.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is preferred
- Ability to work full-time with availability for shift work if required
