Penempatan: TPA Benowo – Surabaya Barat

Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mekatronika, atau Teknik Industri.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Foreman Maintenance atau posisi setara.

  3. Berpengalaman di industri manufaktur, khususnya industri kimia, oil & gas, energy, atau proses pengolahan yang kompleks.

  4. Memiliki pengalaman dalam perawatan dan perbaikan: Mesin-mesin produksi, Genset, Pompa,Boiler, Chiller, Air Compressor dan utility pendukung lainnya.

  5. Memahami Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, dan troubleshooting.

  6. Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai PLC, sensor, actuator, inverter/VFD, HMI, serta sistem automation.

  7. Mampu membaca gambar teknik, wiring diagram, dan P&ID menjadi nilai tambah.

  8. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, mampu mengatur tim maintenance, serta terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan penerapan K3.

  9. Siap bekerja dengan sistem shifting dan siap bergabung segera (diutamakan yang berdomisili di Surabaya dan sekitarnya) & bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi secara tatap muka / offline.

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Mengawasi seluruh aktivitas maintenance mesin produksi dan utility.

  2. Memastikan seluruh mesin produksi dan utility beroperasi dengan optimal.

  3. Menyusun dan mengontrol jadwal preventive maintenance.

  4. Melakukan analisa kerusakan (root cause analysis) serta memastikan tindakan perbaikan berjalan efektif.

  5. Mengoordinasikan pekerjaan teknisi maintenance mekanik dan elektrikal.

  6. Melakukan monitoring terhadap sistem automation dan memastikan seluruh instrumen bekerja dengan baik.

  7. Mengontrol ketersediaan sparepart serta penggunaan material maintenance.

  8. Menjalankan program peningkatan keandalan mesin (machine reliability) dan continuous improvement.

  9. Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar K3 dan SOP perusahaan.
