The Role

We are looking for a captivating, warm, and poised Door Host to serve as the face and first impression of our venue. You will be the very first touchpoint for our guests—standing at the entrance, turning heads, welcoming walk-ins with effortless charm, and ushering visitors into our hidden speakeasy space.

This role is for someone who naturally shines in front-of-house hospitality, carries themselves with elegance, and brings a welcoming, magnetic presence. Beyond welcoming and seating guests, you will play an active role on the floor, assisting with floor service and guest hospitality. Whether you already have waitressing/waitstaff experience or are eager to learn, we will provide complete hands-on training to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions & Welcoming Presence: Stand at the front entrance as our brand ambassador. Warmly greet guests, capture the attention of passersby/walk-ins, and set an inviting, exclusive tone from the moment they arrive.

• Guest Arrival & Seating: Walk guests gracefully into the venue, coordinate table seating with the floor team, and ensure guest comfort from the moment they sit down.

• Floor Support & Service: Take guest orders, present menus, and assist with table service. We offer full training for candidates willing to expand their service skills.

• Guest Connection & Charisma: Engage naturally with an international clientele, offering warm recommendations, explaining venue concepts, and creating a memorable experience.

• Floor Coordination: Communicate seamlessly with the bar and floor team regarding table availability, reservations, and special guest requests.

• Elegance & Brand Discipline: Maintain impeccable personal grooming, posture, and poise throughout the shift, reflecting the venue’s luxury standards.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Presentation & Poise: Striking personal presentation, effortless confidence, and a radiant, welcoming personality suited for a high-end nightlife/speakeasy environment.

• Customer-Centric Personality: Naturally charismatic, articulate, and passionate about creating great guest interactions.

• Communication: Strong spoken English. You must feel confident conversing with international guests and guiding them into the venue.

• Work Ethic & Willingness to Learn: Zero ego, a positive team-first mindset, and eagerness to undergo training in fine-dining or luxury cocktail service/table service.

• Flexibility & Location: Willingness to work evening and late-night shifts, and currently living in or easily able to commute to the Bukit/Uluwatu area.
