We're fast, obsessed with growth, and fiercely protective of our company culture. We're looking for a senior ads and landing page copywriter who knows the difference between writing pretty words and writing words that make phones ring.

What You'll Do

  • Write specialized Meta and Google ads that stop the scroll: hooks, headlines, primary text, descriptions, CTAs: all of it, across funnel stages. If you have experience writing ads for home improvement services, you get priority for interviews.

  • Home improvement services copywriting experience is preferred and will be prioritised during the interview process.

  • Match message to moment: awareness copy feels different from retargeting, which feels different from a conversion push. You know this already.

  • Build and sharpen offers using real customer language: Reddit threads, Quora answers, client reviews, sales call recordings.

  • Write landing page copy that pairs with the ads because you understand the importance of message flow, continuity, and consistency across offers and messaging.

  • Keep things organized in Google Docs/Basecamp; ship clean drafts, on time, labeled, and test-ready.

  • Create video scripts, generate image ideas for your creatives, and collaborate with the team's graphic designers and video editors to bring your ad's vision to life.

  • Build your landing pages in WordPress, using Elementor.

  • Interpret data from Google Search Console and Meta ads so you can tweak your creatives, make data-driven decisions, and see the direct impact your ads make and fine-tune them.

  • Brainstorm offers, run them by our clients, and have occasional client calls, and constantly communicate with them so you get feedback for better results.

  • Implement feedback from the team and clients. Constantly improve your copy for the best conversion results.

What You Need To Know/Bring To The Table

  • Excellent written and spoken English. You need to understand subtle nuances in American English, communicate with an intentional team, and write for the US market. Perfect English is not negotiable, and we will test for this.

  • A portfolio. No portfolio, no interview. We want to see ads and landing pages you've written, with context on what they were for and what happened when they ran.

  • 3+ years of direct-response copywriting experience, ads and landing pages with a conversion goal, measured against real results. We want to see your copy that was supposed to make something happen, and did.

  • At least 1 year of working in a digital marketing agency.

  • The ability to build landing pages in Elementor/WordPress without needing a developer.

  • Stages of awareness and how they change messaging.

  • Core copy frameworks (AIDA, PAS, 4Ps, Before-After-Bridge, etc.), but also have the flexibility to adapt to new copy frameworks.

  • Intent differences between Google Search vs. Facebook/Instagram and how copy shifts for each.

  • How digital marketing works as a whole.

  • Basic SEO literacy (search intent, volume, difficulty) to inform angles, not to write blogs.

  • Landing page fundamentals: promise, mechanism, proof, risk reversal, FAQs, micro-conversions.

Job Logistics & Perks

  • Fully remote, with occasional meetups in Bali, living there or being open to relocating is a big advantage

  • Monday to Friday, full-time, starting at 9 or 10 AM Bali time

  • Salary based on experience and what you bring to the table. If you're exceptional, your pay will increase
