The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that sales and operations teams strictly follow company processes, protocols, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Process Auditing & Quality Standard Enforcement
- Audit sales bookings and operational workflows for protocol compliance.
- Evaluate team performance against established quality benchmarks and KPIs.
- Identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching reports to team supervisors.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks and trends.
- Recommend data-driven process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to update and refine existing SOPs.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented process changes over time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a QA role within sales or operations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying process gaps and cleanliness issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to Travel: This role will require you to travel across Manila and Regional branches for random inspections.
