Corporate Finance Staff

We are a growing property development company seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Finance Staff to join our team. If you have a strong financial background and are passionate about corporate finance, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.

2. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

3. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and funding requirements.

4. Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies for property development projects.

5. Evaluate investment opportunities, project profitability, and financial performance.

6. Prepare financial presentations and reports for management, shareholders, and investors.

7. Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding financing activities.

8. Support loan applications, refinancing processes, and other corporate financing initiatives.

9. Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investment, Banking, or a related field.

3. Experience in the Property/Real Estate industry is highly preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Fluent in both written and spoken English is an advantage.
