Currently we are looking for individuals who want to join and develop with us in advancing SOZO Skin Clinic as Clinic Manager.

Qualifications,

• Minimum Education S1 all major

• Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of services (preferred if you have experience in the field of beauty clinical services)

• Critical, analytical, dynamic, problem solver

• Great communications, fluent, can work with teams

• Able to work under pressure

• Understand administration, strategy, clinical management

• Accustomed to working with the target

• Eager to learn (fast learner)

• Great public speaking (mandatory)

• Strong leadership (mandatory)

• Open minded

• Wise in making decisions (good decision maker)

• Prioritize customer satisfaction and committed to providing the best service to customers

Job Description,

• Ensure clinical operations run smoothly and in accordance with applicable procedures

• Ensure the overall target for clinics is achieved

• Make effective and efficient planning to achieve the targets set

• Set the team schedule (all positions)

• Understanding of clinical licensing (having experience preferred)

• Responsible for inventory, inspection, maintenance of all clinical equipment on a regular basis

• Responsible for providing operational reports and regular clinical income

• Responsible for clinical services

• Responsible for employee discipline, employee performance, clinical employee development (can coaching the team)
