Funding Manager
Key Responsibilities
Expand AdaKami’s partnerships with lenders such as Banks, BPRs, multifinance companies, and other capital providers.
Oversee funding initiatives and strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
Develop and execute funding strategies to optimize cost of funds, liquidity, and capital efficiency.
Lead negotiations with financial partners, including deal structuring and pricing.
Manage end-to-end loan processes, including documentation, disbursement, and covenant monitoring.
Act as the main point of contact for lenders and build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, Private Credit, or Asset Management.
Proven experience in sourcing and closing deals, including term sheet negotiation and partner onboarding.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
Good understanding of financial services regulations across Banking, Multifinance, and P2P sectors.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment; experience handling HNW clients is a plus.
