Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK

  • Berpengalaman sebagai Mekanik atau Teknisi kapal

  • Berpengalaman untuk perbaikan & Overhaul mesin

  • Expert troubleshooting mesin & sistem kelistrikan kapal

  • Mampu membuat jadwal maintenance & dry docking

  • Manajemen spare parts & inventory (mengurangi downtime)

  • Kemampuan koordinasi dengan KKM, Internal dan External


Tugas Umum :

  • Melakukan troubleshooting, repair, dan overhaul mesin kapal

  • Merencanakan pengadaan spare parts untuk mesin dan sistem pendukung dan memimpin docking & major repair (koordinasi dengan galangan kapal)

  • Mengontrol perawatan kapal dan meminimalkan downtime, membuat laporan penggunaan spare parts dan analisis budget

  • Memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada Chief Engineer & KKM / Masinis di kapal dan memastikan standar keselamatan diterapkan dalam perbaikan.
