Job Description:
Monitor and control daily mining operational activities including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling to ensure targets are met
Conduct real-time field monitoring of equipment productivity, cycle time, and fleet utilization
Coordinate with pit control, surveyor, and foreman teams to ensure smooth operational flow across all work areas
Identify and report operational bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, or deviations from the mining plan to the superintendent
Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with HSE procedures and mine safety standards
Collect, compile, and verify shift production data for daily operational reporting
Monitor adherence to mine plan and work schedules across all active mining areas
Conduct field inspections regularly to ensure work quality and compliance with standard operating procedures
Brief and debrief field teams at the beginning and end of each shift
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 in Mining Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or monitoring role
Strong understanding of open-pit mining operations including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling
Familiar with fleet management and dispatching systems
Hold a First-Line Mining Supervisor Certificate / POP (preferred)
Proficient in preparing shift production reports and operational data analysis
Strong attention to detail, decisive, and able to work under pressure in a shift system
Willing to be placed at site in Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah
