As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to ensure our website and product information remain accurate, updated, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
Product Upload & Catalog Management
Upload new jewelry products to the website
Ensure all product information is accurate and complete (name, description, specification, pricing, images)
Validate and cross-check product data before publishing
Maintain consistency between website listings and internal database
Stock & Inventory Updates
Update product availability on the website in a timely manner
Ensure sold items are immediately reflected as unavailable/out of stock
Monitor stock movement and maintain near real-time accuracy
Perform routine checks between website and internal system to ensure data accuracy
Maintain high data accuracy to prevent customer misinformation
Website Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor website performance, including but not limited to page loading speed, errors or broken pages, and website downtime or crashes
Identify, report, and follow up technical issues with relevant parties (developer/vendor)
Proactively identify areas for improvement in UI/UX (user experience, navigation, product display) and website usability and responsiveness
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance website performance and user experience
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admin website management or similar administrative roles
Demonstrates high level of accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks
Familiar with WooCommerce content management system
Able to identify inconsistencies and ensure data integrity across systems
Able to identify basic technical issues (e.g., slow loading pages, broken links, display errors)
Able to observe website performance and identify potential areas for improvement
Basic understanding of customer journey in e-commerce is a plus
Demonstrates initiative in providing practical recommendations related to user experience and website usability
Willing to work 6 days per week following retail operational schedule
