Job Description
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of legal documents, such as business cooperation agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Managing business licensing, company legality, and updating internal legal documents (Deeds, NIB, IPR, operational licenses, etc.).
· Providing legal considerations and advice (legal opinions) to internal teams or related to business management plans, new products, or risk mitigation.
· Monitor and identify changes in government regulations or laws that impact the company's business.
· Draft, update, and disseminate internal policies (SOPs, Code of Conduct, personal data policies, etc.).
· Ensure company operations comply with personal data protection regulations, labor laws, and specific industry regulations.
· Manage and coordinate legal handling (dispute resolution), claims, or litigation (working with external counsel if necessary).
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law (Bachelor of Law) from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Legal & Compliance (in a company/corporation or law firm).
• Understanding of Corporate Law (Company Law), Contract Law, Employment Law, and relevant industry regulations (e.g., FinTech, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, or Healthcare).
