We are currently hiring for the following positions:
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
Willing to be placed at Garudafood Head Office
Position 1: Logistics Partnership Officer
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison for Principals on logistics-related matters.
Monitor service level performance, warehouse operations, and product distribution.
Ensure compliance with product storage standards and shelf-life requirements.
Coordinate Principal onboarding and manage logistics-related complaints and issue resolution.
Specific Requirements
Experience in logistics operations or supply chain.
Good understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
Position 2: Principal Fulfillment Officer
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize inventory across the supply chain network.
Ensure SKU availability, fulfillment master data, and system accuracy (SLIM4/BY).
Manage product transition from old to new SKUs.
Collaborate with Demand, Supply, Logistics, and related teams to achieve customer service targets.
Specific Requirements
Experience in S&OP, inventory management, or fulfillment planning.
Strong understanding of inventory planning and replenishment processes.
