We're expanding our web and design capability and looking for a Front-End Web Designer to join us remotely.
About the role
We're looking for someone who can take a project from an early mockup all the way through to launch, working closely with our internal design and strategy team along the way. This role is non-client-facing, with direction coming from our internal team.
You will focus on designing, building, and scaling organic demand systems from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
Design & Build
Take projects from mockup through to a fully built, live website
Build and maintain sites primarily in WordPress (Shopify or Wix a bonus, not required)
Write and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when Elementor alone isn't enough
Building web apps, from brief to live, with an eye on usability and conversion
Ownership & Craft
Work from outcome-based briefs, with the freedom to decide how you get there
Bring a genuine eye for spacing, hierarchy, typography, and visual polish
Flag blockers early rather than letting them sit. We'd rather hear about a problem while there's still time to solve it
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
2–5 years experience designing and building websites
A portfolio of real, live sites you've taken from concept through to build
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong WordPress knowledge
Elementor proficiency a plus
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with high ownership
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Shopify or Wix
