We are seeking a refined and service-driven professional to join us as a Customer Support (Korean Speaker) — a role ideal for individuals from luxury hospitality or premium service environments who are passionate about creating meaningful, high-touch client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Enquiry & Pre-Visit Experience:
- Respond to patient enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Provide accurate and personalised information on treatments, procedures, and pricing
- Understand patient goals and recommend suitable solutions
- Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth pre-visit preparation
- Five-Star In-Clinic Journey
- Welcome and accompany patients throughout their visit with a polished and reassuring presence
- Coordinate consultations with specialist doctors and support treatment plan explanations
- Anticipate patient needs and ensure every touchpoint reflects a five-star, personalised experience
- Work closely with medical and front office teams to maintain a seamless service flow
- Post-Treatment Care & Relationship Management
- Conduct thoughtful post-treatment follow-ups and recovery check-ins
- Monitor patient progress and respond to concerns with care and discretion
- Coordinate review appointments and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements:
- - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury service environment (5-star hotel, high-end clinic, premium hospitality, or similar)
- Background in Beauty Consultant, Guest Relations, Front Office or Patient Coordination is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Korean, and Bahasa Indonesia (Korean proficiency is an advantage)
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client-facing situations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a developing, fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve
