Our client is a retail company, currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead the company's people agenda and drive organizational excellence. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to management, ensuring that HR strategies, talent initiatives, and organizational capabilities are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with management to align Human Resources strategies with the company's business objectives.
- Provide timely insights and recommendations on HR trends, workforce challenges, and organizational effectiveness.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and governance to support business growth.
- Drive organization-wide performance management initiatives and ensure effective performance evaluation across all business functions.
- Act as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to business leaders by providing strategic people solutions and organizational advice.
- Prepare executive HR reports, workforce analytics, and people insights to support management decision-making.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture that reflects the company's core values.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, capability development, and organizational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong exposure across multiple HR disciplines, including HR Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations.
- Proven experience partnering with senior management and supporting business decision-making through HR strategies.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing HR policies, systems, and organizational processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
