GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
1. Education: Minimum graduates from Politeknik/ D3 major in Mechanical/Physic Engineering
2. Be healthy and no history of serious illness.
3. Willing to be placed at all TGI groups work locations.
4. Be enthusiastic, study seriously and willing to work hard to achieves targets.
GENERAL SKILL QUALIFICATION:
1. Mastering Excel, Word and Powerpoint Presentation
2. Mastering 3D CAD software (Solidworks, etc)
3. Able to communicates in English and able to understand English literatures.
4. Able to work independently or in a team with minimum supervision.
SPECIAL SKILL QUALIFICATION:
1. Direct experienced of End to End Development (from concept to Mass Production) in products of Speaker Driver, Tweeter, Compression driver, etc. (proven by portofolio).
2. Mastering production system of Speaker Driver, Tweeter & Compression Driver
3. Mastering testing, analyzing and troubleshooting of speaker parameter (TS-Parameter), Frequency response, THD, Rub & Buzz & SPL issue.
4. Mastering audio test instruments (Klippel or Soundcheck or Audio Precision, Clio, etc.)
5. Experience in Loudspeaker Design Software is advantage ( Loudsoft, Comsol, etc)
6. Know speaker parts suppliers is an advantage
