Main responsibilities :
Develop and manage the annual work plan and budget for QA Operations at Indesso Cileungsi, including budget monitoring.
Ensure the accuracy and compliance in the implementation of quality and food safety systems.
Implement and monitor Quality and Food Safety programs, including HACCP, TACCP, risk assessment, traceability (mock recall), pest control, CCP/OPRP validation, sanitation, and production processes.
Prepare reports and statistical analyses related to audit findings and non-conformities.
Support internal and external audits, including ISO audits, customer audits, supplier or subcontractor audits, and other audits related to quality assurance.
Manage follow-up on customer complaints, investigate the root cause, and ensure effective resolution.
Evaluate raw materials and finished goods together with the MRB team and determine disposition/status in cases of deviations based on analysis results at defined levels.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree of Chemistry / Pharmacy / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role from flavor / fragrance / food / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of the implementation of HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and the Halal Assurance System.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
