Requirements
Fluent in Indonesian and Mandarin (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interpreter/Translator, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
Excellent verbal interpretation and written translation skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively among Indonesian, Mandarin, and English-speaking stakeholders.
Capable of handling both verbal interpretation and document translation accurately and professionally.
Job Description
Provide accurate oral interpretation between Indonesian, Mandarin, and English during meetings, site activities, and daily project communications.
Translate project-related documents, correspondence, technical documents, reports, procedures, and other project materials accurately and professionally.
Support effective communication between local employees, Chinese teams, management, clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Assist in meetings, site inspections, technical discussions, and coordination activities by providing real-time interpretation.
Ensure all translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project terminology and technical standards.
Facilitate smooth communication to support daily project operations and coordination among multilingual teams.
Maintain the confidentiality of translated documents and project information.
Perform other translation and interpretation tasks as assigned to support project execution.
