Job Des:

• To provide support for AI/SMT machines during set up as per line in-charge

• Update/modify existing SMT programs to maximize efficiency.

• Liaise maintenance activity with the production line in AI/SMT after the input from the Senior engineer.

• To provide support NPI RUN/ECN during implementation in production line.

• Update machine cycle time with the production UPH & fine tuning for balancing after the input from the Senior engineer.

• Implement weekly & 3 monthly machines preventive maintenance following schedule.


Requirements:

  • Minimal Diploma 3 in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical

  • Having experience in AI/ SMT setup and maintenance in PCBA manufacturing

  • Familiar in SMT Yamaha & Panasonic machine

  • Familiar with Ms Office

  • Able communicate in English
