Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Wintel Administrator in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience managing Windows Server infrastructure.
- Experience supporting mixed Windows and Linux environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) administration is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with IBM BigFix for endpoint management and patch deployment.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, PowerShell, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of server compliance, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience in patching management for enterprise server environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and Windows security.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions.
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and high availability concepts.
