Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning through execution, completion, and project handover.
Develop and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify project risks and issues, implement corrective actions, and provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and construction management.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project management software such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
