Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product consultation and recommendations based on customer needs
- Explain product benefits, usage, and key features
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the store/display area
- Ensure product availability and stock readiness in the selling area
- Support promotional events and brand activities
- Prepare daily sales reports if required
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to improve customer loyalty
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate
- Experience as a Beauty Advisor or Beauty Sales Promoter is preferred
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Good appearance and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
