Customer Support Representative – Healthcare Quezon City
Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Including Weekends & Holidays)
Salary Package:?18,000 – ?20,997/month
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate (with or without work experience)
- OR Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months of customer service-related experience
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent comprehension and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines
- Meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality performance targets.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
