Summary of Job Duties
Grasping skills of creasing / straw manufacturing machine, understand the quality defects, complete the production task based on quality and quantity.
Active to develop 6S and continues improvement activities as culture of paper straw team.
Job Responsibilities
Grasping skill of run machine and control formula plastic straw after 30 work days training.
Product comply with quality requirement, if find quality issue, call supervisor in time.
Complete product volume of current shift.
Maintain 5S on site.
After PM training, as Lamipak plan, operators need implement first grade maintenance.
Fill sheets of daily work and quality inspecting.
Handover works clearly before finish work.
Other work assigned by superior.
Requirements
Knowledge of machine operation (Plastic Straw Extruder Machine)
Experience with measurement tools.
Able to work as part of a team.
Able to read schematic.
Available for shift work .
Good communication skill .
Physical strength and stamina.
