Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform mise-en-place duties, ensuring all ingredients are prepped for cooking.
- Participate in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
- Support the serving staff by providing food service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 0–1 years
- Skills and Competencies: Cook skill, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, heavy lifting, discretion, customer-oriented, attention to details
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Follow instructions from senior chefs and adhere to recipes
