Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variations.
- Prepare progress billings, payment evaluations, and final accounts.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
- Assist in procurement and bid evaluation processes.
- Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management is preferred.
- Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and estimating software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
