Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Menyusun dan mengelola program pelatihan karyawan

  2. Melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan training internal maupun eksternal

  3. Membuat materi, jadwal, dan administrasi pelatihan

  4. Melakukan evaluasi efektivitas program pelatihan

  5. Mengelola data training dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait

  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Learning & Development atau Training menjadi nilai tambah

  3. Memahami proses Training Need Analysis (TNA), penyusunan program pelatihan, dan evaluasi training

  4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan fasilitasi yang baik

  5. Kreatif dalam menyusun materi dan program pengembangan karyawan

  6. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  7. Teliti, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

  8. Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan koordinasi yang baik
