Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) is preferred or required, depending on the position.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in architectural planning and design.
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, space planning, and building construction.
- Familiar with the National Building Code of the Philippines, Fire Code, Accessibility Law (BP 344), zoning ordinances, and other applicable regulations.
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings, design presentations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of project coordination with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed construction plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices is an advantage.
- Experience in project planning, site analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows is an advantage.
- Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate with clients and government agencies as needed.
