We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Healthcare Support Representative to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by handling inquiries related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and other healthcare services. You will provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and other healthcare services.
- Assist members and healthcare providers with account-related questions and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare programs, coverage, and available resources.
- Document customer interactions and update member records accurately in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies regarding confidentiality and data privacy.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction performance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Qualifications
- College graduates are welcome to apply, with or without BPO experience.
- College undergraduates or high school graduates must have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
