Job Duties & Responsibilities
Source and evaluate international suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms.
Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and on-time delivery.
Manage and control engineering & product documents (drawings, calculations, specifications, method statements).
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Conduct cost and market analysis to optimize sourcing strategies.
Resolve procurement and supply issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in drafting engineer, engineering drawings, technical specifications, procurement, sourcing and manufacture products. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.)
Must be fluent in English.
Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of international sourcing, procurement, and product processes.
Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.) and import documents (PO, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB, COO).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.
