We are looking for a Licensed Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Site Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring that construction activities are aligned with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural works at the project site.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with approved architectural drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and project team members.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, and site implementation details.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Identify and resolve architectural issues or conflicts during construction.
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper implementation of design intent.
- Assist in preparing documentation, reports, punch lists, and project close-out requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Architect.
- With 1–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or architectural project implementation.
- Knowledgeable in architectural plans, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other related design or project tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
