Sales Associate
Qualifications:
- A degree related to Management or Marketing is a plus
- Background in sales or beverage service is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Available to respond to customers on a round-the-clock basis
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Primary Duties:
Sales & Customer Service
- Customer Support (Assisting customers in selecting the right beverage products for their needs)
- Sales (Actively promoting products, upselling, and recommending complementary items)
- After Sales Support (Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally)
Sales Targets & Reporting
- Target Management (Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas set by management)
- Sales Reports (Preparing and submitting accurate daily sales reports to the supervisor)
- Promotions Coordination (Monitoring slow-moving products and coordinating with the team on promotions)
Product Knowledge & Marketing
- Product Knowledge (Developing a strong understanding of all beverage products, brands, and their key selling points)
- Promotions Activation (Assisting in in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and merchandising activities)
- Business Development (Building and maintaining good relationships with regular customers and walk-in clients)
