  • Minimal Pendidikan S1/ D3 Keperawatan, Kebidanan, Farmasi & Kesehatan Masyarakat

  • Menguasai produk asuransi kesehatan, khususnya Polis Individu

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Claim Analyst Cashless/Case Monitoring min. 1 tahun 

  • Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFTING

  • PROJECT BASED

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

  • Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis

  • Melakukan Analisa Klaim

  • Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim

  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor

  • Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi

  • Membuat reporting
