Job Description : 

• New Product Development: Execute technical trials for new models and evaluate the quality and performance of electrical components and/or injection parts against design specifications.

• Technical Component Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of electrical components and/or injection parts, ensuring all components meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Regularly monitor and report the progress of new product development and technical component management.

• Equipment Modification: Design and oversee modifications to existing machinery and production equipment to accommodate new product requirements and project developments.

• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports on trial results, equipment modifications, and ISO/HSE compliance.

• Analyze design-related issues and propose value engineering ideas, including benchmarking, supplier site evaluations (Genba), grade-down initiatives, alternative specifications, and other cost or quality improvement opportunities.

Job Specification :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, and/or Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering from a reputable university.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar engineering role within a manufacturing environment.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Familiar with HSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and ISO Quality Management Systems.

• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrates high integrity, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in electrical drawing software and/or engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D CAD applications.

• Proficient in preparing reports using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willing to be based in KIIC, Karawang.
