About The Company:
The working venue is in South Jakarta.
Our client is a Trading (Valve) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish relationship with End Users (Industrial Market), gathering market information and expand sales
Establish relationship with a distributor (Building Construction Market), gathering market information and expand sales
Market survey of new business field and reporting
Work closely and liaise with related divisions such as Sales Team, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, Japan head office
Properly understand the needs from customers and follow up ongoing project
Person in charge to communicate with customers if a claim occurs, and liaise with related divisions to solve the problem
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from reputable university
Business level of English
Minimum at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager who led subordinates or own team from valves, pumps, pipe, fittings, flange, instrumentation & control, industrial automation, mechanical equipment manufacturing, oil and gas equipment supply, water and wastewater equipment, HVAC, and flow control industries
Initiative, have the ability to make plans on their own without waiting for instructions from the head office and execute them according to the plan
Demonstrates effective delegation skills in a managerial role
Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
Need to have own car as business usage
