Sebagai Human Resources Development (HRD), Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia perusahaan, mulai dari proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan, administrasi kepegawaian, penyusunan kontrak kerja, pelaksanaan onboarding, hingga pengelolaan data karyawan secara akurat dan sistematis.

Kualifikasi :

  • Diutamakan lulusan S1 (Hukum/Psikolog/Manajemen SDM/Jurusan lain yang relevan)

  • Diutamakan berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun

  • Maksimal berusia 27 tahun

  • Diutamakan dapat menjaga konfidensialitas data perusahaan

  • Memahami proses rekrutmen karyawan dari awal sampai akhir

  • Memahami administrasi kepegawaian, kontrak kerja, on boarding dan pengelolaan data kepegawaian

  • Memahami peraturan kepegawaian yang berlaku di Indonesia

  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)

  • Teliti, jujur, disiplin dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi

  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
