About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Modeler to join our Design & Engineering Department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate 3D structural models and producing construction drawings that support multidisciplinary engineering projects, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and infrastructure developments.
Qualifications
Minimum Vocational High School graduate.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Modeler in a design consultant or engineering company.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Structure).
Familiar with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows.
Understanding of structural engineering drawings and construction detailing.
Experience working on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models based on engineering design requirements.
Prepare structural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate structural models with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure design integration.
Update models and drawings according to design revisions and project requirements.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and company drafting standards.
Participate in design coordination meetings and support project teams throughout the design phase.
Maintain organized model files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
