REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company (CIKARANG / JAKARTA / OTHER CITY)

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and BIM 3D concepts

  • Able to prepare and read Design, Shop, and As-Built Drawings

  • Experience in clash detection

  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under project deadlines

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage modelers and BIM projects

  • Develop BIM models with Revit and Naviswork

  • Perform model coordination and clash detection with Architecture & Structure

  • Work closely with Project Manager and team to ensure drawings or models are as per site requirements.

  • Identify design errors and communicate them immediately to the project team.

  • Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing and completion of projects
