PT Moringa Indonesia Fangardana produces premium moringa ingredients — powder, dried leaf, and derivatives — for the food & beverage, health supplement, and cosmetics industries. We are expanding into Europe and the Americas, and we are looking for the person to lead that growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and win B2B buyers — importers, distributors, and manufacturers — in Europe and the Americas
- Own export sales strategy and pricing for each target market
- Build long-term buyer relationships, from first contact through repeat orders
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and buyer meetings
- Work with production and QA to match product specs and certifications to buyer requirements
- Set targets, monitor performance, and report directly to management
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3–5+ years in B2B sales, export sales, or international trade — food ingredients, agri-commodities, or FMCG raw materials preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Track record of winning and growing B2B accounts
- Self-starter, comfortable owning a function independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to European or North American buyers
- Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and payment terms (L/C, T/T)
- Knowledge of food safety and certification standards — Organic, HACCP, FDA, EU regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or a related field
