Position Summary
The Plant Project & Transformation Lead is responsible for managing the PTCT CAPEX portfolio and driving operational transformation initiatives to support business objectives. This role oversees project planning, execution, cashout monitoring, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration, while leading Industrial 4.0, industrial CAPEX, and traceability improvement projects. The position ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with operational and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the PTCT CAPEX portfolio, including project validation, cashout tracking, and project completion.
Lead the CAPEX Steering Committee and provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles to ensure timely project delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while driving effective solutions to project challenges.
Lead and support Industrial 4.0 initiatives, industrial CAPEX projects, and traceability improvement programs.
Prepare business cases, project charters, cost-benefit analyses, project schedules, and implementation plans.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support contract administration, subcontractor management, and project claim handling.
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with budget, timeline, quality, and business requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, CAPEX Projects, or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience or knowledge of Industrial 4.0, digital transformation, or traceability initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
