Description
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to establish a positive shopping experience.
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Familiarity on Digital/ E Commerce Sales Platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Monday to Friday Work Arrangements- 8:30AM TO 5:30PM
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
