Regular (annual/quarterly/monthly) filing:
- Miscellaneous Taxes (BIR Form 0605)
Quarterly VAT Return (BIR Form 2550Q) with Summary List of Sales and Purchases
- Quarterly Percentage Tax Return (2551Q) Quarterly Individual Tax Return (1701Q) Annual Income Tax Return (1701)
Quarterly Corporate Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1702Q) and attachment (Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes-SAWT)
- Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1702RT) and corresponding Financial Statements and Attachments
- Monthly Withholding Tax on Compensation (1601C)
- Annual Information Return on Withholding Taxes withheld on Compensation (1604CF) with Alphalist of Employees
- Annual BIR Form 2316 for Employees
- Monthly / Quarterly Withholding Tax-Expanded (0619E/1601EQ) and attachment (Quarterly Alphalist of Payees-QAP)
- Annual Information Return on Expanded Withholding Taxes (1604E) with Alphalist of Payees
Annual Inventory List
- Assist in Processing Tax Clearance renewal as required for Contract Renewal/Accreditation Purposes
- Assist in POS registration/retirement with the Bureau of Internal Revenue Other returns/attachments as may be needed
- Maintaining of Loose Leaf/ Manual Books of Accounts. Annual Submission of loose-leaf books of accounts via the BIR ORUS system.
- Preparation and Online Filing of the following to the Securities and Exchange
- Commission (SEC).
- General Information Sheet (GIS)
- General Form for Financial Statement (GFFS) Other Forms/Reports as may be needed
- To be designated as Authorized Filer to SEC Electronic Filing and Submission Tool
- (eFAST).
- Facilitates processing of/complying to various SEC requirements such as but not limited to, Registration Updates/Retirements, Amendments
- Other requirements of Govt. Agencies
- IPO for trademark applications, renewals/revivals and monitoring
- Assist in preparing documents / requirements for annual business permit renewals sseminar/webinar tax and other government agencies updates
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
