As our Client Concierge, you’re the first hello and the person who keeps everything moving smoothly, from bookings to first impressions.
Your day looks like:
- Welcoming clients and setting the mood for their visit
- Managing bookings, confirmations, and walk-ins
- Answering questions clearly and confidently
- Keeping client interactions warm, never awkward
You’ll probably love this role if:
- You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or guest services
- You’re naturally good with people (and better at reading the room)
- You’re organized, observant, and quietly efficient
- You like systems (Notion is a plus!) and staying a step ahead
- You’re curious in beauty, skin, and laser (expertise comes later, we’ll teach you!)
