Qualifications & experience
Maximum 30 years
Minimum High School Graduate (Diploma/Bachelor's Degree preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in the same position (F&B/Retail/Hospitality preferred)
Experience in Outlet Management skills (Pre-Opening, Opening, Operation & System, and Training)
A full understanding of P&L, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS
Highly detail and system-oriented with a hands-on and positive attitude
Professional with strong managerial and communication skills
Must be passionate in managing, solution-oriented, and have an always-improving mindset for the outlet's performance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work in shift, flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist with daily store operations and ensure smooth business flow
Grow sales and transactions according to the company's target and parameters
Supervise and support team members to maintain quality service, including training and evaluation
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Monitor operational performance and efficiency to achieve targets
Oversees stock levels for products and supplies
Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption, forecast requirement, & maintain inventory
Organize & supervise shift
Cost control & staff efficiency
Develop a high-performing team with a positive attitude and full service-oriented
